We are excited you have chosen to bring your students to Cody Outdoor Classroom. Without your support, we would not be able to provide this experience to students and we look forward to working with you to make your visit a success. Cody teacher planning packet
The Cody Teacher Planning Packet contains important information for teachers to plan the trip, including a timeline for the planning process and information regarding healthcare and student behavior expectations.
The Cody Rosters are used to provide us with background information on your school and students. The templates are used to complete the cabin, table, and learning group assignments for the students. Please complete them and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org approximately 3 weeks prior to the trip.
cody family packet
The Cody Family Packet must be distributed to all families. The packet contains documents that must be completed by the parent / guardian to help us prepare for the students’ stay. Please set an appropriate due date that will allow time to ensure each student’s paperwork is complete (checked by the teachers) prior to the trip (3 weeks in advance if possible). You will bring the completed packets with you to Cody.
cody chaperone packet
The Cody Chaperone Packet must be distributed to all teachers and parent chaperones. The packet contains documents that must be completed to help us prepare for the adults’ stay. Please set an appropriate due date that will allow time to ensure each adult’s paperwork is complete prior to the trip (3 weeks in advance if possible). You will bring the completed packets with you to Cody.
